Refund policy

We stand behind every part we sell. If you're not satisfied, return it within 14 days for a full refund — no restocking fees, no return shipping costs.

14-day free returns

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We cover the return shipping.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition (unused, with all original parts and packaging)
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date

Items not eligible for return

  • Items showing signs of installation or use
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

How to return

  1. Email support@shopkaroxy.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive label — we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day
  3. Pack the item in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at any USPS or UPS location
  4. Refund — once we receive the item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method

Defective or wrong items

If you received a defective item, or the wrong item was shipped, email support@shopkaroxy.com with a photo within 7 days. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost, or refund you in full — your choice.

Refund timing

  • Credit/debit cards: 3–5 business days after we process the refund
  • PayPal: 1–2 business days
  • Bank transfers: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
