Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to the United States (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii).

We do not currently ship to: APO/FPO addresses, US territories outside the 50 states, or international destinations.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Shipping speed

Standard shipping: 3–5 business days from order date.

All orders ship from our US fulfillment center.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email us at support@karoxy.com.

Delivery issues

If your package shows "delivered" but you didn't receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers mark items delivered prematurely
  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  4. If still missing after 48 hours, email us at support@karoxy.com and we'll work with you on a resolution

Damaged in transit

If your item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos of the package and product. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
